Hi Rebecca (and Julian and team at Mansfield Motors), I just wanted to take the time to thank you very much for the time and effort you all put into making sure my car was in perfect working order and most importantly safe for me to drive and transport my precious family around in. I had no idea my vehicle was in such a terrible state of disrepair and dangerously un-roadworthy. It has shown to me how poorly the servicing of this vehicle (which has only done 65000Km) has been completed in the past. For some time, my husband and I had been unhappy with the dealership maintenance and servicing of both our vehicles and had been searching for alternatives. We had tried a few, but until I stumbled across your office when looking for air conditioning repairs, we had not been convincingly swayed despite being disgruntled with our current lot. On both occasions of dealing with your company, I have been impressed with the genuine thoroughness of your vehicle inspections and evaluations. Even to a semi vehicle gumby like myself, the way in which all issues were explained (especially with the irrefutable photographic evidence) was clear and unambiguous. I was also extremely impressed with the 'above and beyond' courtesy shown to me on both occasions considering my situation in relation to transport of my infant daughter. It was much appreciated.
